We take all the necessary precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that most people in the world do their shopping online, the volume of shipments has increased substantially. This has caused lengthy delays in both US and international shipments.
Please be advised that shipments may take longer than usual to be delivered. We do our best to process and ship your orders out as soon as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times!
Merchandise is expected to ship within 4-6 business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, shipping will occur within 72 hours of the next business day. As soon as the shipping label is created, we will provide (email) you the tracking number and a link to track your package. Our First Class shipping takes about 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
International shipments Generally take 7-21 business days from day of shipment unless customs causes a delay for some reason. Please make sure that you provide the correct address that can be verified and reached by postal services, if you do not receive the package due to wrong or unclear shipping address, we do not refund the order. (in such case we would provide proof of shipping if needed by customer)
60-DAY RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers.
Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by beauxi.com, keeping the following in mind:
- It may take up to 7 weeks for some individuals to see results, please continue using the product until you are satisfied with the results
- You should return the item to us within 60 days of your purchase date. Products received after the 60 day mark, will not be qualified for a refund.
- Before sending back the item, we need you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can authorize the return. Please note, that if you fail to contact us before the return item shipment and you have passed the 60 day mark, we won't be able to issue a refund and we won't send the products back to the customer.
- Any items received as a gift with your purchase, should be returned along with the products you would like to return. The value of missing items(gifts received with your purchase) will be deducted from the refund.
- 25% return processing fee applies on all returned packages.
- Shipping Fee is Non Refundable, even if you have been qualified for free shipping, the cost of S/H will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We do not provide free return shipping labels.
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, must be returned and delivered to us within the 60 days. S/H cost will be deducted from the refund price. We can provide the exact amount of shipping cost to customers.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing or has been damaged during transit, you should report it within the first 48 hours of receiving the package. The items won't be replaced or refunded after 48 hours of receiving the package.
SHIPMENTS WITH THE STATUS OF "DELIVERED"
If a shipment status is "Delivered" on USPS' website, it means the package was left in your mailbox, front door, porch or handed to an individual. We will NOT re-ship orders with the status of "Delivered".
All cancellations must be done within the 24 hours of the purchase(before shipment). If a cancellation request received after the package was shipped, we won't be able to cancel the shipment. Customer will be responsible to return the package. S/H fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
ATTENTION: Please return the package unopened, opened packages will be subjected to 25% return processing fee.
BEAUXI CAN NOT BE SOLD BY INDIVIDUALS. We no longer offer wholesale pricing and we do not authorize resellers to sell our products online or in store. Beauxi can only be purchased directly from our website. Do not trust other sellers, they can sell old or counterfeit products. We won't be responsible for any side effects caused by counterfeit products and we won't be contacting the seller on your behalf.
