How long does it take to ship my package inside USA? How do you ship it & when can I recieve my order?
On average orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekend and holidays. Domestic(USA) shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for First Class shipping. We have the option of Priority(1-2 business days) & Express(Next Day) shipping methods. A tracking number will be emailed to the customer after the order has been shipped.
How long does it take to ship my package outsite USA (INTERNATIONAL)? How do you ship it & when can I recieve my order?
On average orders ship from our warehouse within 48 hours excluding weekend and holidays. International(Outside USA) orders are shipped via USPS first class and may take 10 to 21 business days to arrive depending on customs clearance. For international orders customs and fees are not included and is the customer's responsibility to pay. We are not able to determine the duty fees, so please contact your local customs office for inquiries. We will not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

If for any reason, you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. Once your order ships out, we won't be able to cancel the order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the order for any reason within sixty (60) days of your purchase. We will refund the whole amount back to the credit card used on the day of purchase. Note that shipping fees are not refundable. Please mail the original item back to us, and include your full name and order number on the package.
